About Mediheal International
Mediheal International (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”) is a medical tourism facilitator assisting international and domestic patients with treatment navigation, hospital introductions, appointment coordination, logistics planning, and non-clinical support in India (primarily Mumbai). We are not a medical provider and do not practice medicine. All clinical decisions rest solely with independent healthcare providers.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using our website and services (collectively, the “Services”), the user (“User”, “Patient”, “Attendant”, “you”) agrees to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, discontinue use immediately.
No Medical Advice; Facilitator-Only Role
- Website content (treatment descriptions, costs, success rates) is informational only and not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek advice from a qualified physician.
- We do not provide medical opinions, prescribe treatment, or guarantee outcomes. All healthcare is delivered exclusively by independent providers (hospitals/clinics/doctors) with whom you may engage directly.
No Doctor–Patient Relationship
Communication with Mediheal International (preliminary case review, logistics, quote facilitation) does not create a doctor–patient relationship with us. Any doctor–patient relationship exists only between you and the chosen medical provider.
Hospital and Provider Independence
Providers are independent third parties. We do not control, supervise, or direct medical care, clinical protocols, or professional judgments. We do not warrant provider credentials, licensing, availability, pricing, clinical outcomes, or facility safety standards. You must conduct independent due diligence before engaging any provider.
Eligibility & User Responsibilities
- Users must be 18+ or have a parent/legal guardian’s consent.
- Provide complete, accurate medical/personal information and promptly update any changes.
- Follow treating provider instructions and comply with visa, travel, and local regulations.
Quotes, Pricing, and Inclusions
- Estimates are indicative and subject to clinical evaluation, diagnostics on arrival, currency changes, and hospital policies.
- Unless otherwise agreed in writing, final bills are settled directly with providers.
- Exclusions commonly include complications, extended ICU/stay, extra implants/meds, and unrelated procedures.
Bookings, Deposits, and Payments
- Hospitals may require deposits to secure appointments/surgery dates; payment terms vary by case.
- Any Mediheal facilitation fee is disclosed, invoiced, and generally non-refundable once coordination begins.
- Users are responsible for bank charges, currency conversion, and taxes (if applicable).
Cancellations, Rescheduling, and Refunds
- Hospital/provider cancellation and refund policies apply and may vary.
- Used facilitation fees may be non-refundable. Any refundable amounts (if applicable) are processed within 14 business days, net of third-party charges.
Travel, Visa, and Insurance
- You’re responsible for medical visas, travel documents, vaccinations, and travel/complication insurance.
- Third-party travel/hotel/transport bookings are governed by their own terms; we are not responsible for disruptions or losses.
Medical Records, Privacy, and Data
- With consent, we facilitate secure transmission of your records to providers as instructed by you.
- Use of the website is governed by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. Do not share another person’s health data without lawful authority and consent.
Website Content and Use
- We aim to keep content current but do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or timeliness. Content may change without notice.
- Prohibited: unlawful use, scraping, spam, malware, impersonation, IP infringement, or actions disrupting the site.
Intellectual Property
All site content is owned by or licensed to Mediheal International and protected by IP laws. You may access content for personal, non-commercial use only. No reproduction, modification, distribution, or derivative works without prior written consent.
Testimonials and Reviews
Testimonials reflect individual experiences and do not guarantee similar outcomes. By submitting a review, you grant us a non-exclusive license to display and use it in accordance with privacy laws.
Communications and Consent
You consent to receive communications via email, phone, messaging apps, or SMS for coordination and updates. Opt-out is available (except essential notifications). Calls/chats may be recorded for quality and compliance.

We may link to third-party sites/resources. We do not endorse or control such content and are not responsible for their practices or policies. Review their terms and privacy policies.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties—express or implied—including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted, error-free, or secure access.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to the website or Services, or medical care rendered by providers. Our aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the total facilitation fees paid to us for the specific case giving rise to the claim.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Mediheal International, its directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, inaccurate information, violation of laws or third-party rights, or misuse of the Services.
Compliance and Anti-Referral Practices
We do not offer unlawful financial inducements for medical referrals and operate in compliance with applicable Indian laws and ethical advertising guidelines. Any facilitation fees are for coordination/concierge services, not clinical decision-making.
Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays or failures due to events beyond reasonable control, including acts of God, epidemics/pandemics, government actions, visa denials, labor disputes, cyber incidents, or network outages.
Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the website or Services, with or without notice, for suspected violations, fraud, or unlawful activity. You may cease use at any time; accrued obligations survive termination.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to arbitration, courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction.
Arbitration: Any dispute shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably within 30 days of written notice. If unresolved, the dispute shall be referred to binding arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, by a sole arbitrator appointed mutually, seated in Mumbai, conducted in English. The award shall be final and binding.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes indicates acceptance. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the latest revision.
